AI and GIS Decision-Support Terms of Use

This document regulates the technical and legal terms governing the use of artificial intelligence models, 3D terrain simulations, automated video rendering, and geographic information system (GIS) analytics on the Parselo platform.
1. Nature of the Service: Raw Official Data and 3D Video Without Manipulation
Parselo is decision-support software that organises geometry, media and measurements supplied by users or licensed providers and produces algorithmic indicators and 3D presentation plans. Results are not investment advice, official appraisal or an authority-issued document; unverified data is never presented as official.
2. Open Data Sources and Accuracy Scope
Parselo production does not access TKGM/MEGSİS Parcel Query services without permission. User inputs and open or licensed layers with valid usage rights may be processed; each layer's source, date and availability must be assessed separately. Test services do not contain real property data and cannot be used as commercial product data.
3. Non-Replacement of Official Documents and Permits
Analyses generated on the platform do not substitute for official Zoning Status Certificates from municipalities, LIHKAB / Cadastre Office approved application sketches, or CMB-licensed property appraisal reports. Users must verify property, zoning, and building decisions with competent public authorities.
4. Drone Video and 3D Terrain Simulation
Automated drone marketing videos consist of AI-assisted rendering from satellite imagery and digital elevation models (DEM). They are virtual simulations, not live drone footage. Visualized boundaries align with map projections and do not confer cadastral legal registration.
5. Intellectual Property and Commercial Usage
Users may freely employ videos, posters, and summaries generated via Parselo in their commercial portfolio listings. However, reverse engineering, scraping, or copying Parselo's core algorithms, GIS engine, or interface is strictly prohibited.
