Kişisel verileriniz, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, şirketleşme/tescil süreci öncesinde platform kurucusu ve geliştiricisi gerçek kişi Furkan Emre Durmuşyedek (Parselo Platformu) tarafından, aşağıda açıklanan amaçlar doğrultusunda ve bunlarla sınırlı olarak, KVKK’nın 4. maddesinde yer alan genel ilkelere uygun şekilde işlenmektedir.

Given the nature of the service, the following categories of data may be processed:

• Hesap ve kimlik bilgileri:name, email address, the hashed digest of your password, and account creation date.
• Parsel ve proje verileri:the province/district and block/parcel numbers you enter, parcel geometry you upload or connect under a valid licence, project titles and editing settings.
• Uploaded media:images, logos and similar content you upload for inclusion in videos.
• Usage and transaction logs:session records, IP address, browser/device information, render (video production) job records, credit activity and invoice details.

• Providing the service and creating and managing your account.
• Fetching parcel data, producing the video and delivering the output to you.
• Operating payment, credit balance and billing processes.
• Maintaining service security and preventing abuse and fraud.
• Meeting legal obligations and responding to requests from official authorities.
• Product announcements and marketing communications where you consent.

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your data is processed on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), and our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f). Commercial electronic marketing activities are separated from contractual performance and are conducted solely based on your separately obtained explicit consent (Art. 5/1) in accordance with Personal Data Protection Board Decision No. 2023/1041.

Your personal data may be shared with service suppliers such as hosting and infrastructure providers, authorized payment institutions licensed by the CBRT (TCMB) under Law No. 6493, and map/satellite data providers, only to the extent the service requires and with the necessary security measures. Where legally required, it may be transferred to the competent public authorities.

Your data is retained for the periods required by the purpose of processing and prescribed by the relevant legislation; once the purpose ceases or the legal periods expire it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under art. 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• To request information if it has been processed.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad.
• To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
• To request its deletion or destruction under art. 7 of the KVKK.
• To request that corrections/deletions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• To object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems.
• To claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

You may submit requests concerning these rights to destek@parselo.com.tr and your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.

Parselo strictly enforces the principle of 'being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed' (data minimization) pursuant to Article 4/2-ç of the KVKK. In queries made by block/parcel numbers, only publicly accessible cadastral boundary geometry and land area information are visualized. Personal data of natural person owners (name, surname, Turkish ID number, ownership shares) and encumbrance/annotation records in the land registry (such as liens, mortgages, usufruct, or injunctions) are strictly never queried, fetched, processed, or stored in Parselo systems.
