Parselo offers a secure, transparent, and local-first GIS architecture for land professionals and property owners. Data privacy and system security are our primary design principles.
1. Core Security and Privacy Commitments
- Your Portfolio and Queried Parcels Do Not Belong to Us: Block/parcel data, generated analyses, or uploaded field photos are never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
- No AI Model Training: Customer data and search history are never used to train public general AI models.
- No Data Selling: Under no circumstances does Parselo sell user search trends, portfolio volumes, or contact information to data brokers.
- Crypto-Shredding: Marketing videos and temporary drone simulation render files are automatically and securely deleted from our servers once delivered.
2. Data Processing Architecture and Flow Table
Parselo minimizes the data sent to the cloud by running the majority of computations directly on the user's device via client-side WebAssembly and Canvas.
- Local GIS Engine (Client): Contour elevation calculations, slope analysis, and 3D terrain morphology are computed directly in your browser or phone.
- Server Side (Cloud): Only the province/district/block/parcel numbers and encrypted session tokens required for cadastre queries are processed.
- External Providers: Map base layers (satellite and topography) and licensed payment gateways (PCI-DSS Level 1) are invoked via independent secure channels.
3. Technical and Network Security Measures
- End-to-End Encryption (TLS 1.3): All data transmissions are protected using modern cryptographic encryption protocols.
- Strict Security Headers: CSP (Content Security Policy), HSTS, and XSS/CSRF mitigation layers are strictly enforced.
- DDoS and Client Protection: Intelligent CDN caching and rate limiting layers safeguard against distributed denial-of-service attempts.
4. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure
Independent researchers discovering security vulnerabilities in Parselo infrastructure may report details to destek@parselo.com.tr. Reports are reviewed by our security team within 24 hours.
