Pursuant to Article 3 of Law No. 6502 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, provider credentials, legal boundaries, and contact channels are detailed below.
1. Service Provider Credentials

2. Legal Status and Operational Scope
- Parselo is NOT a real estate broker, intermediary, or commission agent. It does not broker real estate transactions or leases and collects no commissions.
- Parselo is NOT a licensed cadastral survey office (LIHKAB) or CMA-licensed property appraisal firm. Generated maps, slope, and valuation indicators are algorithmic decision-support estimates.
- Parselo operates as a sole proprietorship digital software and GIS analytics service provider under Law No. 6563 and related legislation.
3. Maximum Response Times by Request Type
- KVKK Data Access and Erasure Requests: Maximum 30 days
- Subscription Cancellation and Auto-Renew Stop: Instant (dashboard) / Support request within 7 business days
- Right of Withdrawal and Refund: Within 14 days upon receiving the notice
- Technical Support and Error Reports: Average 24-48 hours
4. Consumer Complaints and Dispute Resolution
The Buyer may lodge complaints regarding the service with Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the statutory monetary thresholds published annually by the Ministry of Trade.
