Buyer (consumer):The name, surname, email and billing details you provide when registering apply. You are responsible for keeping them accurate and current.

The subject of this agreement is the service ordered electronically by the Buyer through Parselo, whose characteristics and sale price are set out on the pricing page within the servicedijital hizmetin satışı ve ifasıdır.

• Parselo fetches national cadastre compliant parcel boundaries from block/parcel info; from this data it produces land marketing videos, digital showcases, posters and decision-support analysis reports. The service is entirely online.
• Usage iskredi-based. Subscription plans allocate monthly credits; one-off credit packs can also be purchased.
• Current plans, credit amounts and sale prices including taxes are published on the pricing page. The total you will pay is shown on the payment screen before you order.
• Prices are denominated in Turkish Lira (₺) for domestic residents pursuant to Decree No. 32 on the Protection of the Value of the Turkish Currency and are valid on the date published. Parselo reserves the right to adjust subscription prices at renewal periods based on official inflation indices (TURKSTAT CPI). Price changes do not affect your current paid period.

• Payments are taken by credit or debit card through the payment institution's secure infrastructure.Your card details are neither seen nor stored by Parselo;they are transmitted directly to the payment institution.
• Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period. You can stop renewal at any time in your account settings.
• If payment cannot be completed or is reversed by the bank, the Seller reserves the right to suspend the service.

Hizmet dijitaldir ve is performed immediately upon payment confirmation: credits are added to your account and you can start using the service straight away. There is no separate delivery period or shipping charge.

In distance contracts the consumer generally has a14-day içinde gerekçe göstermeksizin cayma hakkı vardır. Ancak Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği, to services performed instantly in electronic form and to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer ilişkin sözleşmeleri cayma hakkının istisnaları arasında saymaktadır.

• Therefore, once credits are added to your account after payment and you start using the service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. You confirm this explicitly on the payment screen.
• Entirely unused (tek bir kredi dahi harcanmamış) satın alımlarda, 14 gün içindeki cayma talepleriniz Satıcı tarafından kabul edilir ve bedel iade edilir. Bu, mevzuatın öngördüğünün ötesinde Satıcı’nın kendi isteğiyle tanıdığı bir haktır.

The feasibility, suitability and value indicators Parselo produces arealgorithmic preliminary assessments based on open data sources; they do not replace official agricultural, geological, zoning or valuation reports and are not investment advice. The Buyer accepts that the service is purchased on this basis.

Liability Cap (TBK Art. 115): Pursuant to Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations (TBK Art. 115); in any event of direct or indirect loss, delay or defect arising out of or in connection with this agreement, the contractor's maximum aggregate compensation liability shall be strictly limited to the total price collected under this agreement.

For disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, the consumer arbitration committees ve consumer courts yetkilidir.

The agreement enters into force when the Buyer approves it electronically at the payment step. A copy is sent to the email address registered to your account and is always accessible from this page.
