• You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings, without giving a reason.
• Cancellation takes effectat the end of the period: you keep using the service until the end of the period you paid for, and no charge is made for the next period.
• If you cancel mid-period, the amount paid for that period is not refunded as a rule; the service stays open until the end of the period.

• Credits granted with a subscriptionbelong to that month and are reset at the end of the period if unused; they do not carry over.
• Separately purchased credit packsand credits earned through campaigns or referrals are not reset at the end of the period.
• When a subscription is cancelled, your purchased credits remain in your account and stay usable.

• Entirely unused purchase:If you have not spent a single credit from the pack you bought, the full amount is refunded on request within 14 days.
• Teknik hata:Where a job could not be produced because of a fault on our side, the credits spent are restored to your account. If you request a monetary refund, the unused portion is refunded.
• Duplicate payment:If the same transaction was charged more than once, the excess is refunded in full.

• Credits spent on a successfully produced video, report, poster or showcase — the service is deemed performed.
• The analysis result not meeting your expectations. Parselo reports the land's actual measured and open-data-based situation; it makes no promise that the result will be favourable.
• Accounts closed for breach of the terms of use.

Approved refunds are made to thesame method(card) used for payment. How long it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your request, you may apply, within the applicable monetary limits, to a consumer arbitration committee or the consumer courts.
