Distance Contracts Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form is provided pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation to inform the Buyer prior to purchasing digital subscriptions and credits on the Parselo platform.

2. Essential Characteristics and Scope of the Service
Parselo is a cloud-based decision-support software featuring cadastral block/parcel queries, parcel boundary geometries, satellite overlays, slope and orientation analytics, 3D terrain morphology, automated drone video simulations, PDF reports, and mobile field tools.
3. Price, Payment, and Delivery
Package prices are stated in Turkish Lira including VAT on the checkout page. Payments are collected via credit/debit card through a licensed payment processor. There is no physical delivery or freight charge.
4. Method of Performance
Digital service subscriptions or credit packs are performed immediately upon payment confirmation by being provisioned directly to the user's account.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Statutory Exception
Consumers ordinarily enjoy a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, pursuant to Article 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal rights cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic media and intangible goods delivered immediately. Entirely unused packages may be refunded under our fair cancellation policy.
6. Validity, Liability Cap and Dispute Resolution
This form is approved electronically before completing the order and forms an integral whole with the binding Distance Sales Agreement once finalized. Pursuant to TBK Art. 115; in any event of direct or indirect loss, delay or defect, the contractor's maximum aggregate compensation liability shall be strictly limited to the total price collected under this agreement.
