Troubleshooting and glossary

Don't skip these three

Filming with SRT off: without telemetry automatic tracking does not work; you have to mark the corners by hand in every clip. Always turn it on before filming.
Not locking the camera on the centre: the boundary drifts in a free-roaming shot. POI/Waypoint mode is essential.
Transferring the MP4 and SRT separately or with mismatched names: if they do not match, the telemetry cannot be read.

Fix

The boundary drifts in the video / doesn't sit on the land

Cause: The one-off alignment (calibration) wasn't done, or the clip has no SRT

Fix: Do the alignment in the editor; use a clip with SRT — after that telemetry tracks it automatically

No SRT file next to the clip

Cause: Video subtitles were switched off while filming

Fix: DJI Fly → camera settings → turn SRT on and refilm; for an existing clip, mark the corners manually on the first frame

The parcel boundary didn't load

Cause: The parcel ID is wrong, or the land registry service is busy

Fix: Verify the province/district/neighbourhood and parcel ID from the title deed; try again in a few minutes

The boundary line is hard to see against the ground

Cause: The chosen boundary style blends into that ground

Fix: Pick a different boundary style in the editor (neon and high-contrast options are ready)

The output has a watermark

Cause: You're on the free plan

Fix: Switch to a paid plan for watermark-free output (see the Pricing page)

Mini glossary

SRT: A GPS subtitle file created alongside the video; it holds the drone's position and altitude for every frame. It's the key to automatic boundary tracking.
Telemetry: Position, altitude and time data recorded during the flight (the contents of the SRT file).
TKGM: Türkiye's General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre — the source of official parcel boundaries.
MEGSİS: The land registry's cadastral data service; Parselo pulls parcel boundaries from it.
POI: "Point of interest" — the target the drone camera locks onto; in this guide, the parcel centre.
Orbit: A circular flight at constant altitude locked to the centre — the recommended shooting pattern.
