Is Parselo just a tool for making land videos?
No. Video and showcase are only the presentation layer. Parselo consolidates user-supplied or authorised parcel geometry with slope, elevation, climate, zoning and territorial constraint analyses in a single dossier. Source, date and availability are transparent; outputs are not official documents or investment advice.
How do the subscription plans work?
You can choose between Pro and Enterprise plans based on your workflow. Your plan includes monthly video and analysis credits, and full access to all 7 core workflows (TKGM Cadastre, GIS & Restrictions, Parselo Drive CarPlay Cockpit, MCP Skills, 3D Video Studio, Foreclosure Radar, Deed & Transfer Protocol). There are no hidden a-la-carte fees or surprises.
Which analysis and valuation reports can I generate?
For every parcel, you can generate 3 core reports: 1) Zoning & Cadastral Restrictions Report (conservation zones, heritage, flood hazards, etc.), 2) Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) Report, 3) Deed & Transfer Protocol (Law 5403 subdivision thresholds, statutory preemption risk, deed fees).
Do I pay extra for reports and helper tools?
No. In Pro and Enterprise plans, all core workflows (including Parselo Drive CarPlay cockpit, Foreclosure Radar, 3D Video, and Deed & Transfer Protocol) are included. You can execute all analyses within your monthly parcel credits at no extra cost.
Do the analysis reports replace official documents?
No. Parselo's reports (restrictions, CMA valuation, deed & transfer protocol) are decision-support preliminary analyses combining benchmarks, open public data and spatial layers. They do not replace municipal zoning certificates, building permits, licensed appraisals or notary deeds.
When will Parselo be available?

Do I need drone footage?
No. The 2D satellite video and digital showcase workflow uses the parcel ID. 3D flyover and boundary overlays on drone footage require suitable footage; telemetry and file requirements are explained in the filming guide.
Can I use Parselo on my phone?
Parselo works both in mobile browsers and directly on your car screen with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto in ParselDrive mode. In the field, parcel boundaries are tracked with live HUD and audio geofencing.
Do analyses offer the same coverage for every parcel?
No. Coverage depends on source data availability and freshness in the area, as well as the selected modules. Missing data does not mean a positive result. Outputs support decisions; they do not replace official zoning documents, permits or investment advice.
What does one credit cover?
The basic rule is 1 credit = 1 parcel examination. Video generation, zoning-restriction maps, benchmark valuation and decision support summaries are all provided for that parcel within a single credit.
