After the parcel is verified you open slope, aspect, elevation and national GIS surfaces on the same model. These are the geo-intelligence panel and map layers — you do not buy a separate add-on.
What you see on the map
- Official parcel boundary and record (National Cadastre Data Format Compliant).
- Terrain shape: DEM, slope, aspect — same coordinate space as the video scene.
- National GIS / TUCBS layers — toggle on Inspect Parcel and the portfolio map.
Official Gazette digest
A digest of zoning, expropriation and similar notices lives on your panel: Dashboard → Official Gazette. It is information, not a lawyer or agency opinion.
Honest limit: Layers are open-data visualisation. For official zoning and title acts, the competent authority record is decisive.
