Credits, plans and add-ons
1 credit = 1 parcel: its video and every module analysis you own, together. Modules never burn extra credits; a module subscription unlocks further reports on the same parcel.
Parselo’da birim analiz + video kredisidir: 1 kredi = 1 parsel analizi + video. Core analysis reports (Restrictions, Valuation, Sales) are included, and helper tools (Field, Foreclosure, Comparison) are available as add-ons. You get credits in two ways: a monthly/annual subscription or commitment-free extra packs.
Subscription plans
- Each plan grants a set number of analiz + video kredisi yeniler (Starter’dan Business’a doğru artan hacim).
- Annual payment is better value: all 12 months of credits are granted upfront and instantly.
- Higher plans include everything below; module and tool add-ons are sold separately (some upper plans may include tools — see current pricing).
Module and tool add-ons
Helper tools (Field, Foreclosure, Comparison) are monthly/annual add-ons independent of video credits. You only add the tools you need.
Ekstra kredi paketleri
When you exceed your plan limit, or for one-off jobs with no commitment, you can buy ekstra kredi paketi . Larger packs cost less per credit; packs are added to your balance.
Free plan & watermark
- When you sign up, your account is credited with 2 hediye kredi ; no credit card required.
- Output on the free plan is watermarked; switch to a paid plan for watermark-free output.
